The following Bylaws govern the workings and structure of the Belgian Draft Horse Corporation of America and ensure the accuracy of the certificates of registry and transfer issued by the Corporation. They were adopted on February 13, 1937 and include amendments made and adopted since. They are for use by all persons registering and transferring purebred Belgians, both members and non-members.
